We are experienced in preparing and administering contracts using the standard formats such as the Institution of Civil Engineers' Conditions of Contract and the Engineering and Construction Contract. Our fully trained and qualified staff will liaise closely with the client, designers, local authorities, service companies and regulatory bodies to ensure the work is completed to everyone's satisfaction.
Highway and Drainage Agreements
PFA Consulting has extensive expertise and experience in the preparation of highway and drainage agreements required to allow the adoption of highway and drainage infrastructure by the authorities.
Estimates and Budget Costings
We are able to provide clients with cost estimates at the various stages of a project. This can include the preparation of initial budget estimates through to the detailed preparation of Bills of Quantities and itemised construction rates.
Cashflow Modelling
PFA Consulting offers a development cashflow modelling service to clients. This includes built in features to take account of interest rates, inflation, anticipated land sales values by category and full infrastructure costing. Larger models often run for periods of up to 15 years and can, for example, include factors such as 'ransom' charges for land access and the model will then indicate the price at which ransoms will be worth paying.
