A Brief Introduction to the Role of CDM Co-ordinator

PFA Consulting has experienced and qualified CDM Co-ordinators who are on the Register of the Association for Project Safety (RMaPS). The CDM-C is a key appointment for any client who is undertaking an HSE Notifiable project under the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2007.

We will notify the HSE of your project, co-ordinate health and safety aspects of design work (including the production of the pre-construction safety information), liaise with the appointed Principal Contractor and assist the client in assessing the suitability of the Construction Phase Health and Safety Plan. At the successful conclusion of the project, we will ensure that a Health and Safety File is provided to the client.
